Renovation Loans-The Fix and Flip
The Fix and Flip loan program is designed to purchase investment properties from 1 to 4 units in need of renovation to enhance the value, which will be sold or held as a rental property for the Investor.
Terms are typically 12 months with interest only payments and no prepayment penalty. Minimum loan amount is $50,000. Eligible property types include non-owner occupied 1 to 4 unit residential properties, townhomes and condos. Rates are subject to verified investor experience, credit score (Minimum of 600) and loan amount. Give us a call for details.

Rental Property Loan Long Term Hold
This program is a low documentation loan, perfect for purchase, refinance including cash out, after renovation is complete. Program qualification is based on property income, credit score, LTV or ARV after 90 days in title.
